Refund and Returnt

Eligibility for Return (Dead on Arrival – DOA):

  • If a product is non-functional (“Dead on Arrival” or DOA) upon delivery, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories and the original invoice.

2. General Returns (e.g., Wrong Item Shipped):

  • Returns for reasons other than DOA (e.g., incorrect item shipped by us) must be initiated within 7 calendar days.

  • The product will be inspected. If found to be our error, a replacement will be sent, or a full refund will be processed.

3. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within [Insert Time, e.g., 7-10 working days].

4. Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., DOA or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If a customer wishes to return an item due to “change of mind” or compatibility issues not caused by us, Believers Associates is generally not obligated to accept the return or cover the shipping costs.
